Vigenzo ships clothing to the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL, with track and trace.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: € 7.95 per order.
• Belgium: € 9.95 per order.
• Free shipping: on orders from € 150 to the Netherlands and Belgium.

You see the shipping costs before you complete your order.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time, counted from placing your order, is:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days.
• Belgium: 2–3 business days.

These are expected delivery times. During busy periods, holidays or carrier delays, delivery may take longer. If we know your order will be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

After shipping you receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code so you can follow your parcel.

Has your order not arrived or is there a problem with delivery? Contact us at info@vigenzo.nl and state your order number. We investigate the problem and help you with a suitable solution. Your statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery continue to apply.
